- The tournament is usually played crossfield
- 7 players on the field at one time. 4 subs.
- All players must wear a rippa belt with two tags attached (belt and tags are provided)
- 4 rips per team and then the ball is handed over
- There are lineouts (no lifting) and scrums (no pushing)
Senior tournament is held in term 1 and the junior tournament held in term 4.
